The Funfetti Cake Batter Dip was amazingly easy! I wanted to make something a little different for one of our co-workers birthday celebrations, so I chose this! He liked it so much and knew his 4 kids and wife would also like it, that I told him I would make another batch tonight to take home to them tomorrow.
Ingredients:
- 1 box Funfetti Cake Mix
- 1 1/2 cups of vanilla yogurt (I used Light n’ Fit Vanilla)
- 2 cups Cool-Whip (Target didn’t have the reduced fat kind)
Stir until you achieve a creamy texture and put in fridge overnight. Serve cold. We served it with strawberries and animal crackers. Everyone finished it up. It tasted amazing! In small servings with the reduced fat options and paired with fruit, this is definitely a decent and rich treat in moderation! Enjoy!

and in general there’s just clutter that needs to be picked up.
Its making me anxious, mostly because this apartment is so small
but also because I can’t stand having the place look like this.
I’m just NOT feeling the motivation right now -__-
Lilly has been asleep since like 840, so she should be up soon.
That means sitting here for nearly an hour & fighting not to fall asleep.
And she’s going to be wide awake & want to hang out for a while before I can put her back to sleep.
Its going to be fun tonight.
I need to shower & pack up my bags for me and the baby for tomorrow when we go spend the day with my sister on top of everything.
